SCG Promotions and Signs (Pty) Ltd will not be held liable for any form of damage that vinyl or signage can possibly cause to vehicles, store fronts, buildings, or outdoor branding materials, regardless of the cause. All signage is made to the customer's specifications but remains the property of SCG Promotions and Signs (Pty) Ltd until full payment is received. Full payment is required before final installation, and all payments remain the responsibility of the person who signs off the final proof documents.

Failure to comply with payment terms: If the payment agreement is not met in full by the responsible person, for any reason, SCG Promotions reserves the right to remove or reclaim all signage that has been supplied to the responsible person(s). Any payments already made will be forfeited, and no refunds will be issued.

The Client's Responsibility for Compliance: The Client is responsible for ensuring that all signage specifications comply with local and municipal by-laws. SCG Promotions and Signs (Pty) Ltd will not accept any responsibility    whatsoever for signage that contravenes these by-laws, even if the signage was produced according to the Client’s specifications.

By signing this document, you acknowledge that you have read through, understood, and accepted all the terms and conditions outlined herein, including the information regarding signage compliance, payment, and liability.

Please ensure that all address details, telephone numbers, spelling, sizes, and other particulars are 100% correct. Once all proof documentation is signed off by the Client, SCG Promotions and Signs (Pty) Ltd will not accept responsibility for any incorrect information. The Client will be charged for any changes or corrections required, and will incur full charges if the job needs to be reprinted due to these errors.

Failure to comply with these terms may result in legal action.

Colours displayed on computer screens may differ from those printed on paper, fabric, or vinyl. It is of vital importance that the Client specifies their color choices clearly before printing. The Client should provide a breakdown of color preferences, such as CMYK or RGB values, to ensure the correct colors are used.

Manufacture Lead Time: SCG Promotions and Signs (Pty) Ltd has a manufacturing lead time of 10-14 business days. Installation may take place within this time frame or up to 2 days afterwards. Timely approval from the Client is essential to meet the specified deadlines. Production will only commence once the final design proof has been signed off and a deposit has been paid in full. No installations will take place until full payment has been received.

On-Site Installation Requirements: The Client must be present on the premises for a site inspection before installation can proceed. Any discrepancies or dissatisfaction after installation should be reported via formal email, detailing the issue. SCG Promotions will review the matter and make necessary corrections. Any design amendments will require a new approval signature and may incur additional costs for reprints or revisions.

ALL proof include 2 revisions. Any additional revisions beyond this limit will be billed at a rate of R150.00 per revision Exclusive of VAT. The Client will be informed of any extra charges before proceeding with additional revisions.
